Custom Foods Inc. ™ operates a state-of-the-art frozen dough manufacturing facility designed to deliver high-volume production, exceptional food safety standards, consistent product performance, and scalable manufacturing solutions for foodservice, retail, grocery, convenience store, and distribution partners across North America. Our SQF Level A-rated and AIB Superior Rated facility is built around operational excellence, preventive food safety systems, traceability, sanitation control, and continuous quality monitoring. From frozen pizza dough and bread products to cookie dough, tortillas, pita, naan, and specialty formulations, every production line is engineered to maximize consistency, efficiency, scalability, and product integrity.

· Blast freezing capacity of 22,500 lbs. of dough per hour
· Dough dividing ranges from 1.25 oz. to 40 oz.
· Pizza dough line with dual 1400 lb. horizontal roller-bar mixers and automated dough delivery system
· State-of-the-art, world-class pizza dough line
· Dual in-line, high-speed process with check weighing and metal detection critical control points
· Automated high-speed processing
· Bread dough dual-line fed by two 1600 lb. horizontal roller-bar mixers; 1,100 dinner rolls per minute
